Terms of Service
Please read the following terms carefully before using Duoyun Cloud services.
Service Description
Duoyun Cloud is a cloud service reseller that provides account provisioning and management services for Alibaba Cloud International, Tencent Cloud International, AWS, Google Cloud, and other cloud platforms. As an authorized partner, Duoyun Cloud opens cloud service accounts through official channels and provides value-added services. The underlying cloud infrastructure is provided and its SLA guaranteed directly by the respective cloud providers. Duoyun Cloud makes no additional commitments regarding the availability of the underlying cloud services.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials on the Duoyun Cloud platform. Any losses resulting from failure to protect account information shall be borne by the user. Users must not transfer, lend, or sell their accounts to third parties. When using cloud services, users must comply with the terms of service of the relevant cloud providers and applicable local laws, and must not use cloud services for any illegal activities.
Payment Terms
Users shall pay service fees in a timely manner according to the prices and payment methods published by Duoyun Cloud. We support settlement in CNY, USD, EUR, and other currencies, accepting bank transfers, credit cards, USDT, and other payment methods. Fees once paid are non-refundable except as otherwise required by law. Duoyun Cloud reserves the right to adjust pricing, with advance notice provided to users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duoyun Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. The total liability of Duoyun Cloud shall not exceed the service fees actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the dispute.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people's court with jurisdiction in the location of Duoyun Cloud.
